Delete your TLOA™ account
You can delete your TLOA account and associated data in the app or request deletion by email. You do not need to reinstall the app. The request applies to the same account in TLOA for iPhone, Android and the web.
How to request deletion
Email info@tloa.app from the email address registered with your account. Subject: “Delete my TLOA account”. You can write: “Please delete my TLOA account and its associated personal data.”
If you no longer have access to that email, tell us so we can arrange account ownership verification. Do not include your password, payment card details or passport in your first message.
In the app, open Settings → “Delete account” and confirm. If you signed in with an email and password, enter your current password.
What is deleted
When deletion completes, your account is closed and your intentions, beliefs, detailed program and test history, checklists, virtual account entries, audio recordings, server export archives and notification settings are deleted. Sign-in sessions and device associations with your account are removed.
Necessary payment and accounting records, consent evidence and limited request handling records may be retained on the grounds described in the Privacy Policy. Replacing your profile name and email does not make all related payment records anonymous.
Subscriptions and timing
The system first closes account access, then checks unsettled payments and confirms cancellation of automatic renewal with Prodamus. If confirmation is delayed, your request is retained for further processing; contact support for its status. Account deletion is not a refund request. Uninstalling the app alone does not cancel a subscription.
Personal data requests are generally answered within 10 working days, with an explained extension of up to 5 working days where allowed by law. This is a response deadline, not a promise of instant deletion. Applicable deletion periods and exceptions for required retention are described in the Privacy Policy. Backup copies are removed through the configured rotation; this is not an unconditional guarantee that every copy is deleted within 90 days.
